Outgoing Program Director and Founding Member of UDET: She holds a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Management and a B.Sc. in Agriculture. Joan and a few other people founded UDET in October 2001 and has been UDET’s Program Director till 30th September 2021 when she retired. Prior to 2001; Joan had worked for USADF as a Country Liaison Officer for 11 years.
