August 21, 2024, was a momentous day at the Uganda Development Trust. We welcomed six USADF/Stanbic grantees to sign their grant agreements. So far, 12 grantees have signed agreements worth USD 400,000 and are starting to implement their projects.
The grantees that signed the grant agreements include Crisgrow Uganda Ltd, Cheveux Organique International Limited, African Mushroom Growers (U) Ltd, White Feathers Ranch Ltd, Matching Needs Enterprises, Ntakye Holdings Ltd, and St. Mugagga Women’s Development Association.
Present at the ceremony were the country program coordinator, Jenifer Mugalu, who took the grantees through the grant terms and conditions, and the UDET team, which oriented the grantees in reporting, grant management, and the templates for project implementation. UDET is the USADF implementing partner in Uganda that is managing these grants.
